The Bespoke Solutions Showcase is a six-month implementation cohort designed to help advancement professionals solve a specific acknowledgment challenge, with guidance from DRG consultants and support from a small peer cohort.
Participants will meet once each month for 60 minutes in a highly interactive virtual session. Each session combines:
In this series, we'll teach you how to:
- A focused best-practice discussion
- Participant problem-solving
- Live coaching and consulting
- Peer idea sharing
- Action planning for the month ahead
Between sessions, participants will work independently using DRG templates, worksheets, and tools to make progress on their individual projects.
Rather than completing a common curriculum, each institution will apply the concepts to its own acknowledgment priorities and receive guidance throughout the program.
